I work an IT job as well. Luckily for me I'm responsible for the Servers and PCs running. My biggest hassles are supporting Client software updates that go on the servers (which they love to do smack in the middle of the night) and whenever we have to make a change to every system in the place (which, thanks to Microsoft Updates is once every month).
I do however, have a custom attendance database I built a long time ago that somehow always finds its way back to me when changes need to be made to the functionality.
I'm glad I don't have to bother with IT Financial stuff. That is a real hassle.
